Pricing questions
What does "bring your own API keys" mean?
IronWorks connects to LLM providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google on your behalf, but uses the API key you supply. You pay those providers directly at their published rates. IronWorks does not mark up token costs or take a cut of LLM spend. Your monthly IronWorks subscription covers only the platform itself.
How does the 20% annual discount work?
When you choose annual billing, you pay 12 months upfront at a 20% discount. The effective monthly rate is $63 for Starter, $159 for Growth, and $479 for Business. The full annual amount is charged on the day you subscribe and renews on the same date each year.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you downgrade from Business or Growth to a plan with fewer companies or projects, you will need to archive the excess before the transition date.
What happens if I exceed my playbook run limit?
On the Starter plan, playbook runs are capped at 50 per calendar month. Once you reach the limit, new runs are queued until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. You will receive an in-app warning at 80% usage. Growth and Business plans have no run limit.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day trial on the Growth plan with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan or your account is downgraded to read-only until you subscribe.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
When you cancel, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can export all data. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers. We do not retain any customer data after the deletion window unless required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
